4k 60Hz is the bare minimum for a Gen5 racing game so is that really a selling point? Despite the 3 years development time the demos look more Gen4 than Gen5 which is disappointing given they're using Unreal. IOI walked away from the publishing deal which is why Secret Mode have it and something has to ship this year or the money runs out. It's also worth pointing out that Fuse, Maverick & Lighthouse are all funded by the same Russian source which I don't think goes hand in hand with being a value-led studio?
