Hello and welcome to another edition of The Game Business Micro.
It’s been a busy week for video game releases with Battlefield 6 doing huge numbers, and a new Pokémon game hitting shelves.
But it’s a bit of a quieter week for news. Although to me the news that legendary game developer Gregg Mayles, the creator of Banjo-Kazooie, Donkey Kong Country, Viva Pinata and Sea of Thieves has left the developer Rare was a personal big one for me. Good luck with whatever comes next Gregg.
