“Removing discs doesn’t represent progress,” insists retail group
A retail trade body that represents video game retailers has condemned PlayStation’s plan to stop manufacturing game discs from January 2028.
The Entertainment Retailer’s Association represents most major video game retailers in the UK, including Amazon, Game, Sainsbury’s and HMV.
